Overhaul[edit]

This page needs a major overhaul, The Travelling Players is a towering classic of world cinema and should have a page that reflects this, not just a stub. I've added a lot to the page, including a summary of the plot and the style of the film, a box with general information and reaction to the film, but it still needs more to be added.TheZGDK (talk) 13:00, 22 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

another Wiki-annoyance[edit]

It's also dumb to have the article title refer to a recognized class of theatrical presentation, present from the times of the late Roman Empire all the way through to modern times, and present also in many other cultures (China, for example), without having a redirect or a cross reference to whatever title the Wikipedians have, for reasons best known to themselves, chosen to represent this mode of theatre.
