Does anyone know if terrapins have vocal cords, that would actually allow them to produce a scream?

The Walrus and the Carpenter[edit]
This article has claimed for years that "many critics" compare "The Terrapin" to Lewis Carroll's "The Walrus and the Carpenter." The article is essentially the only result that a Google search for "the terrapin, highsmith, walrus and the carpenter" produces, nor do the story and the poem resemble one another at all. 198.137.18.29 (talk) 23:35, 23 October 2023 (UTC)
