This article has been updated to include a greater level of detail regarding the newspaper's editorial and production history, as well as clearer citation for existing information. it doesn't contain a 'The', it does have a comma and its vol I edition I as displayed contains the entire title, not the shortened form. Dave Rave (talk) 03:51, 15 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
