name issue[edit]

It's not just simply adding "ski area" that would fix this, I think, as I've done with Badger Mountain and others missing it....The Summit at Snoqualmie strikes me as a corporate dba name, not how this place is most commonly referred to - Snoqualmie Pass ski area, although I suppose that includes other compnay operations like Alpental (also need "ski area" attached to its name). "The Summit ski area at Snoqualmie" is a bit more accurate and not as clunky as "The Summit at Snoqualmie ski area". But it has to be one of them, or else the corporate rebranding/dba is ditched in favour of plain ol' Snoqualmie Pass ski area", but again I suppose that's not specific to this particular group of facilities, given other basetowns/locations.....Skookum1 (talk) 14:42, 2 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The Summit at Snoqualmie is the offical company name used by the ski area, which includes Alpental. I'm not sure why a different name needs to be used for an area other then its official name? Locals simply call the area "Snoqualmie" or use the names of the specific areas such as Alpental or Hyak to specify an area. Why the need to discuss name change?Mrhyak (talk) 15:31, 2 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Ownership[edit]

Is the current ownership Boyne? The first paragraph conflicts with the history of ownership below it. Unclear whether it's simply managed or also owned by Boyne. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.143.107.40 (talk) 17:11, 15 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
