Quotation / influence / inspiration for Soylent Green?[edit]

"Ladies and gentlemen - I fear that what I am going to say will spoil your appetites; but the truth is beautiful at all times, and I have to state that Mrs. Lovett's pies are made of human flesh!"

This quotation in the article is very similar to the ending of "Soylent Green", where the protagonist reveals to the people that "Soylent Green is made of people" or something similar... — Preceding unsigned comment added by 83.134.182.211 (talk) 01:29, 31 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Game adaptation[edit]

i looked up this online game and it's in no way notable for inclusion here. It hasn't even been covered by any reliable sources or been reviewed by legitimate publications.--CyberGhostface (talk) 20:57, 11 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]

is 5.2 too click-baity?[edit]

I feel the name of 5.2 "Real life Sweeney Todd or urban legend?" is too click-baity. I am however unaware of what too change to, something along the lines of "historical basis for sweeney todd" — Preceding unsigned comment added by Nector42 (talkcontribs) 17:40, 21 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

If it doesn't redirect, what do you mean by "click-baity"? 2.28.151.187 (talk) 20:41, 27 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

"Victorian time"?[edit]

"In 1745, surgery became an established and well regarded profession of its own and the two were officially separated by King George II." Which contradicts "In the Victorian time, when this story was first written, a semi-common trade was what was called a barber-surgeon. Barber-surgeons cropped up around this time as trained medical practitioners" since it had already been and gone. And what the heck does "semi-common" even mean? 2.28.151.187 (talk) 20:40, 27 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
