  • ... that The Seoul Press was an English-language newspaper published to justify Korea's colonial rule under Japan? Source: [1] The Seoul Press (published 1907-1937) was Japan’s Korean news flagship. Its mission was to validate the natural justice of Japanese imperialism in Korea, and Japan as the redeeming, organising, and modernising force in East Asia.

Archives[edit]

Frustrating that access to it is being sold. These issues should be out of copyright unless significant restoration work was done to them, and even then the text of the articles would probably be considered copyright free. Annoying that they're selling a part of history like this; like the antithesis of what I'm doing by writing these articles for free. toobigtokale (talk) 08:10, 8 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
