Non-free use of File:Scout Association of the West Indies.png[edit]

The non-free use of the image in article file is currently being discussed at WP:NFCR#File:Scout Association of the West Indies.png. The consensus at the above referenced NFCR discussion is that the use of the image in this article does not satisfy WP:NFCC#8. The image is not being used as the primary means of identification of the subject of this article in the infobox as is being claimed in its non-free use rationale. The image is also not the subject of any sourced critical commentary with in the article itself, so it it is being purely used for decorative purposes which is not allowed per NFCC#8. - Marchjuly (talk) 01:09, 23 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
