Title of page[edit]

Suggestions[edit]

I think the added information is good, but it could benefit from adding a description of each of the different sections of the book. I would be interested in knowing what is discussed in better detail for each section. I also think adding a discussion of any analyses or commentaries on the text. As it stands, this article doesn't tell the reader why Bede wrote his book. It would be useful to put his concerns with computing the date of Easter and what Wallis calls doctrina Christiana in the lead and organize the article around those concepts. Some good insights are found in Faith Wallis's introduction to her translation where she discusses Computus as a "problem based science" (pp. xvii-xxxiv) and the book's structure and content (pp. lxiii -lxxi).--SteveMcCluskey (talk) 17:07, 4 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I think the article you have looks really good. I like how you added a description of each of the sections of the book.
