Wrong story-timeline in this article:

In this movie it is said in the first scene, the beginning, that it is set during the first half of the 20th Century BC. So it don't play in the 31st Century BC. Furthermore you can see the great pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Menkaure by 23-24 minutes in the movie, which were erected in the 26th Century BC. Furthermore the city of Thebes still won't exist in the 31st century BC. So the movie can't play in the 31st century BC.

From what source is this false 31st century BC date? It's not mentioned in the movie.

Much better would fit the first intermediate period of egypt, whih also fits with the 20th century BC.

The first scene of the film confirms the 20th century BC, at least in the English version and most likely also in French and Italian original versions

By 51 min. they mention Assyrians, there weren't any Assyrian tribe before ca. 2850 BC and there weren't any Assyrian empires and armies before around 2000 BC

The cities of Assur, Nineveh, Gasur and Arbela together with a number of other towns and cities, existed since at least before the middle of the 3rd millennium BC (c. 2600 BC), although they appear to have been Sumerian-ruled administrative centres at this time, rather than independent states.
