How to expand page[edit]

Obviously, this is a very short page, just two sentences. Maybe it fits better with the Jerry Falwell page, and perhaps that was the discussion back in 2007. However, there has been no changes since. If this to remain a separate page, the following must be included:

  • A list of stations that carried the show at one time or another (for example, here in this area it was KTTV for a few years, then KHJ now KCAL).
  • The years it was called by this name, and when it became Live from Liberty.
  • The show was translated for the deaf by Sue Wilmington.
  • And obviously more that I can't think of right now.

Recommended source[edit]

I'd really recommend Dirk Smillie's book Falwell Inc. as a source for this page, since the bulk of the book deals with nothing but the rise and fall of Old Time Gospel Hour as a business entity. Smillie also cites lots of primary contemporaneous sources.
