General Chair Biographies[edit]

Many (all?) of the former general chairs of the conference meet the notability requirements to have their own page. It would be nice to get some of those pages made. Neheller (talk) 23:01, 6 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Academic Journals Template[edit]

I'm putting the "Wikiproject Academic Journals" template on this page since that project states that they include academic societies in their scope. Hopefully this will make for a speedy review.Neheller (talk) 00:24, 7 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Looks like someone disagreed, but added three other wikiproject templates. That's fine by meNeheller (talk) 20:04, 7 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Is the section about the annual conference promotional?[edit]

It seems to me that this section is encyclopedic in nature, and is commonplace on similar articles (e.g. Conference on Human Factors in Computing Systems and SIGGRAPH). I don't understand why it was construed by Ozzie10aaaa to be "PROMO-ish" and removed. I've added it back. Neheller (talk) 21:54, 27 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

to be frank that is what it seemed like to me--Ozzie10aaaa (talk) 22:39, 27 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
