Nice job[edit]

Here's a nice job for someone: The Lion's Busy is available on YouTube (grabbed from Cartoon Network, so no doubt it'll be pulled soon). Someone should watch it and come up with a better synopsis than we see here (and then remove this discussion entry). Here's the link: [1]

Or how about creating an article of Beaky Buzzard films to replace all the indivudual ones referenced from the main Beaky Buzzard article (we'd still need that better synopsis)?

Bugs Bunny appearance[edit]

Wouldn't that be more of a cameo in that Bugs only appears once (in a crowd scene) and, in addition, has NO dialogue? WAVY 10 14:26, 25 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

PD or not PD?[edit]

I know about a Public Domain VHS that has this cartoon, and it is on YouTube in full. Copyrighted cartoons are always struck down when people try to upload them. But Looney Tunes wiki (an unofficial source, I believe) says otherwise. So which is it? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2.26.16.17 (talk) 15:40, 16 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • WP:PROVEIT. The short may have lapsed into the public domain, but that needs to be verifiable from a citation from a WP:reliable source. YouTube's copyright enforcement actions are not enough. I've seen whole TV episodes posted where the poster acknowledges potential copyright strikes. None of the sources provided so far are reliable. Your personal knowledge as a contributor is WP:original research unless backed by sources. • Gene93k (talk) 15:56, 16 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
