Image:Tkaa cover the who.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. There is a Who double album named, "The Kids Are Alright," I saw on store shelves I think by 1982. And, in that, I bought it, having told Keith Moon died in 1978, but that Charlie Watts had also died, or was confused as being the current drummer, started in 1968. The album was a long waited record release from the early black and white film name, with the same title used, "The Kids Are Alright?" It had been recorded that the post black and white film was to run concurrent with this album. Or, at least that is what they had planned! Failing the theaters it was decided on a post era script to end that era! Some shows cancelled were on t.v. or mainstream - without public access.
