Redirecting[edit]
I'm redirecting this to the author, Lars Lindberg Christensen, for now. I'm not entirely happy with this but the problem is that while I can see that it's cited as a reference in some scholarly papers, I can't tell to what length since all I'm getting are abstracts that I can't access from my school. I found two reviews, but other than that there is very little out there. I also can't tell if this is a textbook or not, as that makes a little difference in how it's used as a reference in other texts. In any case, I figure that a redirect is better than an outright deletion and given that there's not a lot of in-depth coverage of it, redirection is the best choice at this point in time.
