Who is Martin Rucker?[edit]

The article has the line: "Lawson... had already acquired Daimler using British Motor Syndicate Limited which he then owned with his partners E. T. Hooley and Martin Rucker."

When I click on the link on the name "Martin Rucker", I get to an article about Harvey du Cros, which does not mention the name "Martin Rucker". On searching for the name "Martin Rucker" on Wikipedia, I find a disambiguation page with two entries, both of whom are Americans born decades after Lawson's conviction.

This begs the question: Who is Martin Rucker and why is his name linked to Harvey du Cros?

Bloody brilliant[edit]

"His partner Hooley was brilliantly defended by Rufus Isaacs and found not guilty."

I have twice removed the peacock word "brilliant" and it has twice been replaced.

Although WP:3RR does not apply to serial vandalism, there are those who will see this as a difference of opinion and not as correcting a clear violation of policy.

I call upon knowledgeable and competent editors to assist.

Once again I have reverted this vandalism. Sincerely, SamBlob (talk) 23:04, 18 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
