I believe that the LSD reference is incorrect for Blue Sunshine... Wasn't this covered in the Biography?

Second, I have a hard time believing that Martin McCarrick was on keyboards. it was fucking Robert Smith, no?

Supergroup?[edit]

The Cure, yes. Siouxsie, yes. Even Robert Smith solo (soon maybe?) would be sufficient for most. The Glove a supergroup, not even fucking close.

If, User:Dblecros, you had followed the link to supergroup in the first sentence of the article, you would have learned that

I thought supergroup may have been a bit strong, but acceptable. I mean, it's more of a collaborative side-project, and supergroups are usually hyped up a bit more, but still, it is applicable. Unless you have some arguments otherwise? Also, I'm confused by what is meant by your comment, as Siouxsie and Smith are not groups, but individuals... Folkor 06:21, 8 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Landray[edit]

Now just whose (girl)friend was Jeanette Landray? Via a google search, some places say she was a "friend" of Smiths', some a "friend" of Budgie's, some say Smith and Severin placed and advert and she was the best. Nowhere have I seen that she was anyone either band's girlfriend. Also consider that Siouxsie and Budgie had had a relationship since 1981 (by most sources I could find).... I must admit I am confused that all my sources say that Landray was Budgies girlfriend, since the Creatures "Wild Things" ep with its revealing cover had long been released. I will try and find a source. I can say that she was not Severins girlfriend (although I haven't the faintest idea who was!)

From my various sources I understand that Landray became the vocalist by default. She was known by both Severin and Smith, who used her to sing guide vocals for the tracks. They did indeed advertise and audition several singers, none of which met with their approval. I don't know whether it was time constraints or some other reason (she did know all the songs), but ultimately Landray was chosen.LessHeard vanU 19:44, 26 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I have found a Jeanette Landray interview. Go to thebansheesandothercreatures.co.uk, choose "News" from the sections listed at top of page, and go to updates dated 22/03/06, click the link. It appears Landray knew Budgie from Erics/Big in Japan days, so she may well be a friend who is a girl - rather than a Budgie paramour.LessHeard vanU 20:15, 26 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

According to this 1984 interview, the title "Blue Sunshine" did not come from the movie.

Wonderland Records[edit]

Is mentioned in the infobox and visible in the edit, not visible at all in the article. Is that deliberate or is the infobox code broken?

Also there is no such thing as a Wonderland Records page, although it was an independent label for Siouxsie and the Banshees, The Creatures and The Glove. There should be at least a section that speaks about it somewhere, a redirect could/should be made. I've got an article for it in Siouxsiepedia (still working on it).
