RE: Easter Egg links[edit]

Please remember that links should be as transparent as possible. See WP:EGG and WP:EASTEREGG. DonQuixote (talk) 14:07, 16 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed. Does the text "After arriving in deep space" link to an article directly concerning arriving in deep space? If not, it should not be linked. -- AlexTW 14:10, 16 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

RevDel[edit]

There were copyright violations in the plot section, with copypasting from this site: tragicalhistorytour. I don't know which revisions to revision delete but any revision that was made while the copyrighted plot section was in the article would suffice (see article history). JC7V7DC5768, I believe you have it backwards. The website linked has copied the plot summary from this article after it was added here by a multitude of summaries. Please check the article history before incorrectly tagging articles. Website was last updated 28 October (per website). Summary was added 15 October. Exactly the same copy-paste from Wikipedia to the website for the first, third and fourth episodes. Copy-paste from Wikipedia to the website is clear given the identical formatting of the cast list that's been copied as well. -- AlexTW 07:47, 8 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
To the reviewing admin: false positive cleared up. -- AlexTW 08:13, 8 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Hang on... I checked the link to that website, and I see no plot summaries in it, only photos of the episode, including behind-the-scenes shots. Where on earth, does that site have summaries matching those in the articles for the Eleventh series? GUtt01 (talk) 18:14, 10 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Ah, wait... The respective links - you have to click on the "i" on the page to see that info. But I agree with Alex, I can't see why this would have been copypasted from that site. I was the editor who made the original summary before it was edited after its creation. GUtt01 (talk) 18:18, 10 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I can now definitely agree with Alex that this argument got things backwards. It seems the site copyedits the summaries from Wikipedia - just checked the site's page for the fifth episode of this series and found it stating the summary for the fourth episode, not the fifth (this will relate to website's page for 11 November 2018). JC7V7DC5768, I'm scanning rather than fully reading for comprehension but it sounds like there's some agreement that this is a false positive. if so, could the editor who added the rev del template remove it? S Philbrick(Talk) 16:50, 12 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Sphilbrick, I meant to remove it after I resolved the issue with Alex last week but I forgot. I am sorry. False positive. JC7V-talk 16:53, 12 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
JC7V7DC5768, No problem, I just thought it be better for you to remove it. Thanks. S Philbrick(Talk) 16:54, 12 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
