Title[edit]

I have changed The Celebration so it redirects to Festen, which the film is known by outside of the United States. The English-language play adaptation also uses the original Danish title, which influenced my decision that Festen was the correct title for the film. — Preceding unsigned comment added by BrainSpecialist (talkcontribs) 17:28, 14 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Plot and technique[edit]

The plot summary here is way too specific (he did that, then she did that....), while there is hardly any discussion of the most important aspects of the film, which really are the techniques used, such as lighting, sound etc. in line with the Dogme principles.83.24.12.157 (talk) 08:33, 23 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Black Comedy??[edit]

How is this film a black comedy? Its a drama. Whats wrong with anyone seeing THIS film as comedy in any way? I'm pretty shocked and will change it imediatly. KhlavKhalash (talk) 17:27, 14 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Article title[edit]

I noticed during page curation that the article was moved to it's English language equivalent from the native Danish title, although there seems to have been a similar page move in the past, yet I cannot see if there has been a clear consensus for either. I have accepted the Danish title as a redirect (given neither is technically wrong) but if there is any objection it may be best to settle it via WP:RM.
