Mixed reviews vs generally positive[edit]

Critical reception section is getting severely bloated[edit]

@Swiftie1313, I guess I should give a more detailed explanation for my removal. The Critical reception section is getting severely bloated. I had removed some 5KB of content sourced to blogs and self published sources. Even if the critic is well known and has a Wikipedia page, we should not indiscriminately add all the reviews available out there. A review published in a reliable source is vetted by the editors of the reliable source, meanwhile this second level vetting is not done on blogs and self published websites. That is why I had removed those sources. I see that you have added some of them back. Please suggest ways to reduce the size of this section. content that is not a good value add for the reader should be removed. There should not be duplicate stuff repeatedly said. Thalaivii reviews[edit]

Hey Venkat TL, i wanted to talk about this review section. who made this summary? why its not important to add what those critics said about Kangana Ranaut's performance? She's the lead actress of the film and what critcs said about her performance should be mentioned. She got equal amount of praise as Arvind Swami. and why i can't add more reviews from a reliable critics? Also, the film got mixed to positive reviews. Look at this source^[1] the website tells us the overall word of mouth of critics based on 14 reviews. - Movie Mafiaa

OTT revenue[edit]

@SGiaNaksh We are having a dispute on sourcing. Please stop this edit war and discuss your concerns. Read WP:BRD. Please provide reliable source for this claim by Kangana on OTT. Newspapers are simply quoting her. It is not verified by them. Venkat TL (talk) 11:16, 15 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Other than that, the thing about the critical response in the lead is also unsourced. from where you're adding words like "half baked" and "overdramatic". Please WP:INDENT while commenting. The amount is unbelievable. If it is true, I am sure there are reliable sources publishing about this OTT deal. If they aren't then I am afraid Wikipedia should not report this.

But then what about the budget? that amount is not believable as well and most of the websites (they're not that notable) reported the budget is approx 50cr to 60cr (source = ^[1]). But here a source quoting Kangana's statement is valid but not when it comes to the OTT deal.
