Austin-Round Rock-San Marcos, TX Metropolitan Statistical Area[edit]

The name has recently (Dec. 2009) changed for the Austin-Round Rock, TX MSA. The Austin-Round Rock-San Marcos, TX Metropolitan Statistical Area, and the newly formed Marble Falls, TX Micropolitan Statistical Area form the new Austin-Round Rock-Marble Falls, TX Combined Statistical Area. Population updates[edit]

Population data from the United States Census Bureau may be updated either:

(1) Every ten years with data from the decennial United States Census, or
(2) Annually with data from the decennial United States Census and annual population estimates from the United States Census Bureau.
