... that American conservation officer Terry Grosz busted an illegal snagging boat on the Eel River by waiting in the water and getting reeled in? Source: On another stakeout, he wore a wet suit on a dark night and lurked among the salmon in northern California's Eel River, a hotbed of illegal commercial snagging activity. When a snag hook plopped nearby, he nabbed it with a welding glove and hung on to become someone's catch of a lifetime.
