I don't really know the story of either that movie, nor have I watched this episode, but do you have any references? Obviously not everyone hated it, it's one of my favorite episodes as well (I was pleasantly surprised to see this supposedly-banned episode air on Comedy Central a couple days ago.), but a lot of people were outraged by it when it first aired. Cites please[edit]

One conversation between Scott and Saddam references Star Wars Episode V. When Scott asks why Saddam didn't keep to his side of the deal, Saddam reacts like Darth Vader does by saying: "I changed my mind, pray that I don't change it any further." Scott then reacts like Lando Calrissian by saying: "This deal is getting worse all the time."
While watching American television, Terrance and Phillip watch a bogus clip from Cartman's Mom is Still a Dirty Slut and laugh at the Americans' heads.
The Canadian football game is between the "Ottawa RoughRiders" and the "Vancouver RoughRiders." This is a reference to how the Canadian Football League once had two of its eight teams with essentially the same name, although the Ottawa Rough Riders spelled theirs as two words and folded after the 1996 season, and the Saskatchewan Roughriders play in Regina, not Vancouver, and do not capitalize the second R.
Terrance and Phillip enjoy Kraft Dinner (called Kraft Macaroni and Cheese Dinner in the U.S.), which is a very popular food in Canada, despite its American origins (they pronounce 'Kroff' like [kraf] instead of the American [kræft] in an attempt to imitate the stereotypical Canadian accent).
In the scene Terrence and Phillip learns that Celine Dion is pregnant to Ugly Bob's child, Phillip responds "Oh, the humanity!". This is a clear reference to Herbert Morrison's description of the Hindenburg disaster.
This episode was Rated PG by the BBFC which confused some fans due to South Parks' usual 15 or 12 rating.

Wow, people seriously got that upset over a week delay?!....anyways...

There is no source saying it is rarely seen episode, only that it wasn't shown between original airdate, and VHS release
Link 17 (apparently spam because I can't link to it) is dead
I also prefer link 1 not be in the lead, but in the body or infobox
I'm also a stickler on alt text to images
The home video release section is short, up to you, but consider moving it to a subsection of production or reception.

"Creators' favorite episode"[edit]

^agreed. Stating bluntly that this episode is Parker & Stone's favorite is not accurate as they say the same of many others, and is in any case redundant because it is repeated in a later paragraph with the more accurate, they "have said" it is their fav.
