Removal of New Zealand[edit]

It is unfortunate that New Zealand has been expunged rom this article, which has been moved from 'Terraced Houses in Australia and New Zealand' to 'Terraced Houses in Australia'. The justification given was that New Zealand was only referred to in one sentence. There were two, but this only reflected that this part of the article needed developed, not that it should be removed. This type of housing is less common in New Zealand, so terraced housing in New Zealand does not warrant its own page, but it should be covered. It belongs in the Australian context. The discussion largely relates to the pre-federation period when New Zealand was the third largest of the Australasian colonies. In Dunedin, where there are at least a dozen Victorian or Edwardian terraces, some (if not most) of the architects responsible had previously practiced in Australia.
