Soundtrack[edit]

Alright, let's discuss how to best portray the music done in the game, and why, so we can stop all these changes. Sergecross73 msg me 03:24, 22 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I tried to get a consensus to avoid these type of edit wars earlier, but nobody really commented. Anyway, the single song composers should not belong in the infobox (to avoid bloat), if their role in the game is explained in the article. This is exactly what's happening here. Let's say hypothetically, the game continues to add guest composers to the game, ending up with 10 or more. With Uematsu doing the bulk of the soundtrack (95%), that's all that needs to be mentioned in the infobox. The infobox is not supposed to be all-encompassing, it's just there to give the main details/personnel, so why would the composer field be any different? I've done these edits on various other game articles, and it's only ever been a problem here and on Xenoblade Chronicles, which seems to be the same user, judging by their edits. ~ Dissident93 (talk) 04:01, 22 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
At least at this article, I agree with you. We don't need to list off every composer in the infobox when its just these one-off guest composers. They can (and are) listed in the dev section. Sergecross73 msg me 12:36, 22 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Any reason why this shouldn't apply to every game article though? ~ Dissident93 (talk) 21:18, 22 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
