Need expansion on areas such as industry and site and situation, ie Tipperary Glass, Taylormade glass, etc etc.

Possibly expansion of history section, a link to another site is not in the spirit of wikipedia.

"See other" deletion[edit]

Why is "Baronies of Ireland" redundant, but not "Lists of towns in Ireland"? Neither is referenced in the body of the article. Yet both shed light on a higher order, of which the subject of the article is a member. The link to Barony is to the term in general, not to Ireland in particular. Much of the material at this section is unref'd or dependent on primary sources such as contemporary newspaper cuttings as here. I have a concern about the reference to Sydney Herbert Beattie of the Northamptonshire Regiment. Beattie was my great-uncle and I had never before read that he was engaged to RIC Inspector Wilson's daughter. I have no idea of this is correct or not and there is no citation to this information in the article, which appears to have been edited by Ristear77. Can someone help me determine whether this information is appropriately sourced? I personally have no further information at this time as to the accuracy of the claim that Beattie was engaged to RIC Inspector Wilson's daughter, but I note that Beattie's military record shows his widow requested his medals from the British Army in 1923 4. If he was engaged at the time of his death, I'm not sure how Beattie could have had a widow. Thanks in advance for your help. Blicious (talk) 20:27, 20 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Sport organisation in town should have section[edit]

Sport organisation in town should have section of their own. Numerous clubs missing from it. Added a number of them but they have bee deleted. Missing clubs are Templemore Badminton club who own their own building with 2 courts in New Row part of town, the boxing club was reformed with a premises in Bradleys Row. The snooker club is also missing Also could someone link the athletic clubs website 93.107.23.100 (talk) 20:52, 11 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
