as per the instructiuions on the template, i am removing the "speedy" tag from this article.

the idsentify of the "primary editor" is irrlevant here; the topic should obviously be covered. here, or at the disambig page (which was also speeded, by the same user, for the same reason). with all due respect, these 2 nominations are either mindless(-automatic?) or vindictive.
