List of prefixes incomplete[edit]

The list of prefixes is widely incomplete. This page needs major cleanup, in my opinion. 62.152.117.252 (talk) 07:46, 27 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

See List of dialling codes in Italy for a more complete list. -- 80.42.236.111 (talk) 08:26, 2 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
The List of dialling codes article is also incomplete (e.g. 0474), I was referred to http://www.comuni-italiani.it/tel/ but do not know how authoritative the page is -- Treer (talk) 01:18, 9 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I suggested a merge and added some notes to the discussion, see here: Talk:List of dialling codes in Italy#Merge --Waldir talk 14:03, 16 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The introduction is confusing[edit]

In the introduction it starts off with the Italian system changing between an earlier and later one. But few people care about an earlier system just the one actually in use. I think first it should state how many digits are in typical phone numbers...that is the most basic piece of information. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 85.40.209.178 (talk) 14:26, 26 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
