EEOC processing of charge[edit]

The article notes "Stieber filed a gender bias complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, which 'failed to complete its investigation and make a recommendation within the required 180 days.'" (emphasis added) That highlighted language is not newsworthy; on the contrary, the EEOC often issues "Right-to-sue" letters under these conditions and will even issue a "Right-to-sue" letter without conducting any investigation at all if the complaining party asks it do so in order to clear the way to filing a suit ASAP. I've eliminated the highlighted language. Zeno Cosini~enwiki (talk) 10:34, 22 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
