Untitled[edit]

chris and eithne did not form saturn 5 - I think this info came from guiness book of indie music Saturn V (not 5) was chris, plus greg and struan from the razorcuts, and kevin pickering they are not to be confused with THE Saturn V, a US band

Talulah or Tallulah[edit]

My CD86 album says that they're called Tallulah Gosh, not Talulah Gosh.

they are 2 Ls not 3 although most people (do a google search) spell em with 3. I just looked at few album/single sleeves on ebay. Jem 16:57, 20 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Operation Clean Up Amelia[edit]

I'm attempting (at a snail's pace, admittedly) to collate Amelia Fletcher, Talulah Gosh, Heavenly, Marine Research and Tender Trap into a more rational and consistent format, to create pages for Rob Pursey & Mathew Fletcher and to add more useful information and context so the pages are less like fansites and/or meaningless stubs such as the current revision of Peter Momtchiloff. If anyone's interested in helping/contributing, please see (and feel free to add to) the discussion at Talk:Amelia_Fletcher.

Name[edit]

I found an LA Weekly article on lexisnexis (written by Vaginal Davis) which claims they were named after a character in Bugsy Malone. Can anyone confirm/deny this?P4k 00:55, 16 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The direct source of the name is an NME headline to a Clare Grogan interview. It's possible that the 'Talulah' in the headline/article was a reference to the film character, I can't remember now.--Michig 12:28, 16 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
FWIW Amelia Fletcher (who ought to know) says it derives from the Clare Grogan headlineiridescent (talk to me!) 15:20, 16 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
