Heritage status

Many pieces were upgraded from "Grade I" to "declared". The article List of Grade I historic buildings in Hong Kong is in fact outdated, while Declared monuments of Hong Kong has been updated. You can find the updated list, dated 18 September 2009, here. Picture copyright

Are you sure that it is OK to post the picture copied from here? (now the first picture in the article). The copyright notice here appears to be not compatible with usage in Wikipedia: "Except as expressly permitted herein or where prior written authorization is obtained from the Development Bureau - Works Branch, any reproduction, adaptation, distribution, dissemination or making available of such copyright works to the public is strictly prohibited.
