I have just checked the website and the copyright notice is still present on the website, making any copying and pasting from it not permissible. Please read WP:Copy-paste and WP:COPYRIGHT. Not only that but the editors have been banned under different usernames and so any edits they make can be reverted per WP:EVASION. Thank-you David.moreno72 13:16, 20 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@David.moreno72: The only thing I can see there is "Tafila Technical University © 2016", but there is also a Creative Commons license banner. Freely licensed does not mean public domain. As for blocked users, I don't know if the specific content added by them has been re-added, but assuming the current editors are not the same users there is nothing preventing them from reinstating the edits, but of course if there is any problematic content that should stay removed. nyuszika7h (talk) 13:20, 20 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Ok Nyuszika7H , David.moreno72 , the notice now is removed , what more? , and David.moreno72 , I assume that you -as prof editor - know that universities have a public IP , which means that there might be different users with the same IP (internet protocol), but in internal LAN (local area network) they have different IPs and PCs, also how can you block users before talking to them , specially they are ready to fix any mistake and they understand they should follow instructions ??
