Move to Wiktionary?[edit]

I just started this article about 10 minutes ago, and it's not done yet. The plan is to add "how-to" information. Can we be a little less quick on the Wiktionary trigger please?

PS This is in response to the cleanup effort on Tack. - PKM 18:27, 20 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Including similar activity from another field?[edit]

Would it be ok to mix tack welding in this article? It's the same thing as a tack stich, only for welding instead of sewing, and I haven't been able to find it elsewhere. For that matter, should we make a single Tack (fabricating) page, to include tack stitches, tack welds, and whatever other temporary tacks there are? I would suggest keeping them separate, since the techniques and categories are so different, but including all of them at the tack disambuiguation page. - PKM 17:52, 29 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
