Dinnerware[edit]

We should all switch to paper plates, bowls, cups, and silverware. It’s just so much easier to throw away than put the stupid dying dishes away which I hate very much. 97.83.33.125 (talk) 01:19, 3 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Dinnerware[edit]

Very absolute statements lacking any citations[edit]

Tableware for special circumstances has to be adapted.

And why is this? There's no further explanation.

Dining in the outdoors, for example, whether for recreational purposes, as on a picnic or as part of a journey, project or mission requires specialised tableware.

Really, eating outdoors **requires** specialized tableware? Why is this a requirement? Please explain. What If I eat a sandwich outdoors? That requires no tableware, what-so-ever.

It must be portable, more robust and if possible, lighter in weight than tableware used indoors.

It must? Why? If I'm willing to carry my dinnerware outdoors and use it, it doesn't *must* be anything you demand of it or me.

It is usually carefully packed for transportation to the place where it will be used.

No, I can pack it any way I choose if I'm willing to risk breakage. 24.51.192.49 (talk) 07:26, 9 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
