"TCBY is a world-wide franchise chain of frozen yogurt and ice-cream stores"

World-Wide ? I've never heard of it. It might be well known in the US, but I've never seen it in Europe. (I'm English but live in Germany).

"World-Wide" doesn't mean it has to be on every continent and in every country. McDonald's (for better or worse) is certainly considered "World-Wide" and I'm quite sure it's not in every country.

TCBY Treats

I don't think this is an example of RAS Syndrome as suggested. The phrase was in use in TCBY advertising in the early 1990s.

At one point, didn't TCBY use characters from the television show Arthur in advertising?

Conflict of interest editing / reads like an advertorial[edit]

"However, the product has also maintained its rich, creamy texture with the addition of fiber, something American consumers are told to eat more of. The fiber in TCBY's product also serves as a prebiotic, or food for the healthful bacteria in the yogurt, which boosts the benefit that live-and-active cultures bring to the digestive system." etc.

Can someone who knows the product and the company better than me bring it down a notch? And furthermore erase anything not relevant to the company? Its a simple company, nothing special. I am from Europe, I've never heard of it. As per company website, they have 360 franchises in the US. And one (unsourced) in Pakistan. Therefore you could also remove international/worldwide and make it "a US-based frozen yoghurt company".
