Mac OS X System Folder[edit]

If I remember correctly (which I might not), doesn't Mac OS X have a system folder too? Or is it different from the Mac OS system folder?

I think the Mac OS X System Folder just modifies the startup parameters to the proper OS X bootloader. It's location is kept at /System/Library/CoreServices . Madd the sane 17:06, 14 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
See, your answer is confusing, because wouldn't you call /System the system folder? —Preceding unsigned comment added by MarlonBain (talkcontribs) 01:17, 4 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
See this page from Apple's own documentation: http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?path=Mac/10.4/en/cdb_fldrsys.html "The System folder contains the main software files of the Mac OS X operating system. The folder resides at the root level of your startup disk." —Preceding unsigned comment added by MarlonBain (talkcontribs) 01:22, 4 September 2009 (UTC) ≤≤≤08:51, 22 May 2013 (UTC)08:51, 22 May 2013 (UTC)08:51, 22 May 2013 (UTC)08:51, 22 May 2013 (UTC)08:51, 22 May 2013 (UTC)101.208.216.238 (talk)Cite error: There are <ref> tags on this page without content in them (see the help page).[reply]
