Expanding on a Neglected Topic[edit]

Greetings all... So I got a little fed up with looking at every referance to 'Surf Kayaking' refering simply too Surf Skis and such. Surf Ski's, while a completly legitemat sport, is not Surf Kayaking. Therefore, I feel it is important to start this thread to help differenciate, while not attempting to undermine the legitamacy of Surf SKI enthusiasts. I belive clarity is needed on many of the other kayak related pages which refer briefly to surf kayaking. I will be attempting to add that clarity to the various references.

In my neck of the world, surf kayaking is definatly different from Surf Sking. I would love to hear the opinions of others... WestCoast222 (talk) 06:24, 26 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

A topic has to start somewhere. Surf kayaking will be added to as time progresses.

It seems strange to start an article this way - creating the main article first would have been better, and then using a redirect in this article! Stephenb (Talk) 12:30, 13 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
