India?[edit]

I wonder if India would qualify as a superstate in that sense. Since most citizens identify with a particular state as opposed to the concept of a nation?

No. This is not regarding perception or identity by citizens. Art4med (talk) 05:43, 19 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Physics[edit]

Superstate: the quantum physics property of having more than one state simultaneously, as in Schrödinger’s cat. That should disambiguate here Art4med (talk) 05:42, 19 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I have added a hatnote to do that, Please check. --John Maynard Friedman (talk) 16:03, 22 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

UK[edit]

We should add the UK as an example of a Superstate, because both Kingdoms gave up their sovereignty to the UK Superstate in 1707. Perhaps, but Wikipedia does not accept blogs as a wp:reliable source and only includes significant statements if they have such a citation. If you can find a wp:notable person who wrote such a thing, then it would be considered for inclusion. --John Maynard Friedman (talk) 15:17, 4 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
