Minimum jackpot[edit]

I guess I should add a source for this. The reason why I didn't because it isn't documented. But I add it because I often look at websites that feature the game. New rule[edit]

In most (if not all) casinos in the world, anyone can play, regardless of nationality. The only thing that matters is the age of that particular person. Perhaps the same applies to lotteries. 121.1.18.241 (talk) 15:21, 18 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

By EU laws all EU citizens must be treated in the same way, so automatically all EU citizens can play (just as all get the same reduced prices in museums or buses), EU countries cannot restrict such things to only their own citizens. Superstar

Can somebody comment on the additional choice of numbers called superstar. In my view there are 90 numbers (1-90) called superstar that one can select. This then puts the winning chances for the highest amount possible to 1 to 56 035 316 700. What is the money used for?[edit]
