I think the article should be moved back to Zhi-Wei Sun. The guiding principle from the WP naming conventions above: "The encyclopedia should reference the name more familiar to most English readers." All of the many English language papers by Dr. Sun use the name "Zhi-Wei Sun", he uses that name on his website and in his correspondence, and he even links to the Wikipedia article Zhi-Wei Sun (not Sun Zhiwei).
