Grammar[edit]

I think it would be better with the extra "the", though the Wikipedia style of omitting the first "the" ("The administrative") makes such article titles odd in the first place. The omission of the second title might occur in a newspaper article title for space-saving reasons, but it does seem rather inelegant here. qp10qp (talk) 22:02, 25 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
