Here are some random facts that might be used (and cited) if someone wants to expand this: Created by Dr. Julian Stanley, I know that much. When you get in, you get a detailed questionnaire, which they use for their various studies. They then proceed to give you free access to Cogito.org, which is a very science-y website for SET-level youth. You don't technically have to be under thirteen. There is a small loophole that says you add ten points to the 700 mark for each month and fraction of a month after your thirteenth birthday. I know this for a fact, because when I took the SAT I happened to be 13yr, 2.something months. Therefore, I needed 700+(10 * 2 months) + an extra 10 for the portion of the month between my birth day and test day = 730, and I got 740 and they let me in. So that might make an interesting little tidbit. They word it better in the explanation on the SET website.
