Disambig[edit]

I created a disambiguation page & it was reverted by user AnmaFinotera. I think my change was done with proper treatment of articles for common names. Not to disregard the importance of this Steven Vincent, but I think the renaming of this article to 'Steven Vincent (journalist)' is appropriate. Please see other common names, e.g. John Smith for examples. Regards.--sav74sac —Preceding unsigned comment added by Sav74sac (talkcontribs) 18:05, 18 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I undid your attempt at creating a disambiguation page because it was not done appropriately. You wiped out an entire article history because you did not do it correctly. You performed what is called a copy/paste move, which is not how we do things. It was also reverted because there is no other notable Steven Vincent on Wikipedia that it needs to be disambiguated from (we don't just disambig to do it), and there was no prior discussion for the change. -- AnmaFinotera (talk · contribs) 19:45, 18 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
