As to which references specifically meet WP:ORGCRIT, I would consider those of The Real Deal, Commercial Observer, Deadspin, New York Daily News, Queens Chronicle, The Wall Street Journal, and The Star-Ledger.

Also, obviously a company that owns the New York Mets, the Brooklyn Cyclones, SportsNet New York, and a number of real estate investment portfolios and real estate services businesses that have developed nearly 25 million square feet of commercial property, and was founded by two wp-notable people, is itself notable. --2604:2000:E010:1100:3D0A:3E2C:AF4E:CF26 (talk) 23:35, 9 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
