COI, vanity, resume, etc.[edit]

This article is in a horrendous shape, even after extensive pruning--line by line and reference by reference. A Google search suggest that the subject is probably notable (and I'm going to remove the notability tag), but the BLP policy gives editors, including this one, the latitude to make drastic edits to where an article's content is verified by reliable sources--and to where the article is no longer a resume. • Note: the history reveals three or four SPAs. Further vanispam edits from those editors might easily warrant quick reverts and the addition of Conflict of Interest tags on the article. Also, after a careful review of the Google News sources I am not so convinced anymore of the subject's notability, but I'll leave the tag off and will let others decide on the issue. SPAs associated with this article[edit]

"David P J O'Leary" is listed on LinkedIn as the CEO of REDDS -- this company's website is in the External Links section, but they are only mentioned as a reference for one of Ibaraki's awards, they aren't actually mentioned in the article, and maybe should be removed?
