How Notable is this Person?[edit]

Certainly owing to his service as a federal judge it is obvious why this person has a Wikipedia entry. But considering that he is no longer a judge, are all of his subsequent activities notable enough to warrant periodic updating? What is notable is being a federal judge and handling certain noteworthy cases; can we really say that winning an award from the Western San Bernardino County Bar Association is also notable? It's clear this article is a résumé. I just hope that future editors of this page are cognizant of what this looks like and, provided that they are not affiliated with Mr. Larson, take better care in thinking about what warrants inclusion in this article.
