Sections on WVA and Civil War need to be reduced[edit]

Considering that the article is about the turnpike, it goes into too much detail about the Civil War, WVA and break up of the state. Needs to stick closer to the points and refer readers to other articles.--Parkwells (talk) 14:28, 1 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
