Re-release Poster[edit]
The poster is obviously from a re-release. It cannot be from the initial release since it refers to Wilder as the star of Blazing Saddles and Young Frankenstein, two films not released until four years later than this one, and Southerland as the star of M*A*S*H, which also was not released until later in the year, after the premiere of Start the Revolution Without Me, if I remember correctly. The re-release was obviously an attempt to capitalize on the popularity of these actors, and since this film is a period piece, it could hardly have been dated in any real sense, so the re-release seems to have been a logical idea and its success (or lack of success) needs to be covered in the article. 2600:1004:B128:7CAD:F875:B69B:2EC8:D39 (talk) 00:44, 2 May 2017 (UTC)
