"Star Gazers Stone," "Star Gazers' Stone" "Stargazers Stone" and "Stargazers' Stone" are all used, sometimes in the same document. I chose "Star Gazers' Stone" after Roby, who also uses "Star Gazers Stone."
It would have been nice to follow the NRHP listing, but I think "Harlan House" misses the point.
Roby is available by mailing the NRHP, and was available at ARCH. But the ARCH website has been closed by the State of Pennsylvania and replaced by a new site which doesn't work very well at this point. Similarly, at some theoretical point in the future, it should be available at the NRHP Focus website. If anybody wants a copy of the pdf, you may e-mail me!
