Untitled[edit]

This page is in need of some corrections, and added information. That is, the article is somewhat misleading due to lack of information, although I am certain this was not the intention of the author. It comes across more or less that the Springwood Catholic Church was based at the St Columbas site. Rather, the Springwood Catholic Church refers more closely to a number of buildings, including the home of a family that were used by the early catholic congregation of that part of the lower Blue Mountains. The article fails to point out that the Springwood Catholic Church no longer exists, which could cause some confusion between it, and the St Thomas Aquinas Church in Springwood (which has also changed sites from Rest Park, Macquarie Rd, to the corner of Hawkesbury Rd and Macquarie Rd, then to its current site on Hawksbury Rd). Further work is definitely needed, I'm not sure if I have the time at the moment so if anyone else wants to do the research please do, otherwise I will hopefully get around to it soon. I'm still researching its history, but as the church is not currently called Springwood Catholic Church, nor has it been called that for the past 20 years (possibly the past 100 years).
