I am deleting the entire "School Spirit" section. The entire thing is ambiguous and full of subjectivity.

Deleted the heading listing us (Griffins) as all douche bags. So sad seeing my school insulted like that.

Controversy listing on this page is a legitimate section in accordance with Wikipedia's standards. As such, please do not delete it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.49.237.37 (talk) 19:26, 30 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

January Clean-Up[edit]

  • The article has a section on a priest controversy. The 4 citations which were there all led to dead pages. Replaced with Template:Fact Please add acceptable citations, or this section risks being deleted.
  • Cleaned-up text

Anonymous user 68.174.188.161 added William Springer to the notable alumni section. As you can tell, this is actually a disambiguation page listing 2 individuals, one born in 1836 (William McKendree Springer) and the other born in 1909 (William L. Springer), neither of which could have attended this institution. The entry was removed. Respectfully, Agricola44 (talk) 01:34, 16 March 2009 (UTC).[reply]

  • To user 68.174.188.161: please do not add William Springer to the notable alumni section. Neither of the individuals listed on this page (it's a disambiguation page) could possibly have attended this institution (which opened only in 1960) as high school students. If there is a notable alum named William Springer, please feel free to add the unlinked name to the list and please furnish some form of documentation. Thanks for your efforts on this article.
